Dr. Lund uses spinal adjustments when he determines certain areas of the spinal column may be lacking appropriate movement. Spinal adjustments are very effective for headaches, neck pain, back pain, or pain that radiates from the spinal column into another part of your body.
Extremity adjustments can be highly effective for movement disorders affecting the arms or legs. In many cases, this pain can be related to spinal dysfunction and adjustments to the spinal column may be more beneficial. Dr. Lund will perform a thorough exam to determine the exact cause of the painful condition.
McKenzie Method of MDT (Mechanical diagnosis and treatment) is a reliable assessment process intended for all musculoskeletal problems, including pain in the back, neck, and extremities (shoulder, knee, ankle, etc).
